How and when will my return be collected?
Items will be collected by the courier, within 3 working days of you contacting us.
When you report a faulty, damaged or unwanted item to us, we will email a returns number for the item. Please attach this number to the outside packaging for our courier's reference. Please also make sure the number of boxes being returned corresponds to the number listed on the courier's returns notice as our courier cannot collect unlisted items.
Please ensure you get a receipt from the courier.
Items must be in the correct boxes.
If items aren't collected within five working days, give us a call on 0345 567 4000.
Collection will be attempted a maximum of three times after which we are unable to issue any credit.> Return to Help Main Menu
