Here's our buying guide to choosing the perfect dairy (or non-dairy) delight. Grab your favourite mug and let's dive in!
Whole Milk
Contains about 3.25% fat by weight. It's called "whole" because it has not had any of its fat content removed, making it the most natural form of cow's milk available.
Semi-Skimmed
Also known as 2% milk, typically contains around 1.5% to 2% fat by weight. It's called "semi-skimmed" because some of the fat content has been removed, leaving it with a lower fat content than whole milk.
Soy Milk
Plant-based milk alternative made from whole soybeans or soy protein isolate. It's a dairy-free and lactose-free milk substitute that has gained popularity as a nutritious and versatile option for people who are lactose intolerant, vegan, or simply looking for an alternative to cow's milk.
Creamer
Often referred to as coffee creamer or coffee whitener, is a non-dairy product used to add creaminess and flavour to coffee or tea. It's typically used as a substitute for traditional dairy cream.
