Founded in 2004, Paperstone are the trusted office products supplier of thousands of homes and businesses across the UK. We celebrated our 10th birthday in 2014.

    "Due to my wife's illness we use lot of hand sanitisers and prices vary massively. It seemed unusual for an office supplies company to stock the Enliven product we used in past at a good price. Massively impressed with ease of ordering and 24 hour delivery. Would always suggest looking at their website for total range of products especially janitorial range which could potentially be used in home as well as office."

  • Ordered a new desk from Paperstone but…

    "Ordered a new desk from Paperstone but they called me the following day to inform me that the desk was out of stock and would be some weeks before the supplier could deliver new stock. Happy with this until I received an email saying there had been a further delay in obtaining the desk from the supplier. I called and spoke to one of their sales advisors, Sarah, and cancelled the order. I tried to source the desk from other companies but all said the same that there was difficulty in obtaining the desk from the supplier. I rang one company who said the item was in stock so placed an order only to be told the following day that it was not in stock and would be 2 months before they could deliver. I was searching the internet in vain when out of the blue I got a call from Sarah at Paperstone to say they had managed to obtain the desk and could deliver straight away if I wanted to go ahead with the original order. I reordered with Sarah and could not believe it when the following day the desk was delivered by courier. Could not thank Sarah and Paperstone enough for going the extra mile in customer service. Sarah was at all times very polite and efficient, she is a credit to Paperstone and they should be very proud of her. I have not as yet opened the packages to inspect what I received so both Sarah and I are keeping our fingers crossed that all is in order. Thanks again Sarah for superb customer service."
