How many reward stamps can I collect per day?
As many as you like! You'll get one stamp per order placed.

Do reward stamps expire?
Yes, Paperstone Rewards card(s) will expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

My account has multiple users, can I control who can access rewards?
Primary account users can hide Paperstone Rewards from secondary account users. This control can be found in My Account.
Orders placed by secondary account users will still collect reward stamps but secondary account users won't see the reward card or any messaging about Paperstone Rewards.

My account has multiple users, can any of us opt out of Paperstone Rewards?
No, secondary account users will not be able to opt-out. If secondary users want to opt out they will need to ask their primary account user.

How do I opt out of Paperstone Rewards?
Simply log into your account and there is an option to opt out in the account tools. Once you've opted out you will no longer see any messaging related to Paperstone Rewards and will stop collecting stamps when you order. Any stamps collected previously will be lost.
If you choose to opt back in at any point your reward stamps start from scratch.
