The pad provides a long lasting warmth as well as deep muscle relaxation. The fabric should be clean and dry, do not heat if wet. To heat up, lay the flaxseed pad flat in the centre of the microwave for two to three minutes. Shake before use and test the temperature by placing the product to your wrist or inner arm prior to applying to the body.

Items that are in-stock and ordered before 5:30pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day.

We don’t deliver at the weekend. So, if you order after 5:30pm Friday or anytime over the weekend you will receive your goods on Tuesday.
