What's the difference between Mineral & Spring water?

Mineral water comes from underground sources. It contains various minerals and trace elements, which are naturally present in the water. These minerals can give the water a distinct taste and provide potential health benefits. If you're looking for a refreshing drink that offers some extra minerals, mineral water might be the way to go.

Spring water also comes from underground sources, but it doesn't have the same mineral content as mineral water. Spring water is typically collected from a natural spring, and while it may still contain some minerals, they aren't as abundant as in mineral water. Spring water is often cherished for its pure, crisp taste. It's a great choice if you prefer a clean and refreshing sip without too much mineral flavour.

Still or Sparkling Water?

Still Water

Still water is, well, still! It doesn't have any added carbonation, so it's simply flat water – no bubbles. If you enjoy a smooth drink without the fizz, still water is the way to go. Glass or Plastic Water Bottles? A Comparison

Plastic

Generally lighter in weight compared to glass bottles, so there’s less energy & fuel required for transportation, resulting in lower carbon emissions during shipping.

Producing plastic bottles requires less energy and resources compared to glass bottles. The extraction and processing of raw materials for glass production can be more energy intensive.
