The Brother DS940W is a double-sided wireless portable document scanner that operates autonomously thanks to its rechargeable battery. The vertical paper feed allows the scanner to be used in small spaces and it will scan A4 documents, business cards, plastic cards, photos, and more. Scan directly onto a micro SD card or access files via WiFi from a mobile device. Designed with efficiency in mind, the scanner will digitize, save and share information, ensuring digital files are easy to find, modify and share.

* With large items like furniture, notice boards and safes sometimes we have to charge more for delivery but only when delivering in hard to reach areas - this is due to increased courier costs.

When can I expect delivery?

Items that are in-stock and ordered before 5:30pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day.

We don’t deliver at the weekend. So, if you order after 5:30pm Friday or anytime over the weekend you will receive your goods on Tuesday.

Furniture, large items and deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer. Delivery timescales are shown clearly on the products and in the checkout.

You can track your order when it is out for delivery or has been safely delivered using My Account.

Within reason you can even scan three-dimensional objects for a two-dimensional profile. Scanners vary (among other things) by image resolution (the higher the resolution, the more faithful the image) and by the speed of the scanning process. Our prices reflect these variations.
