Our delivery service covers the entire UK. This includes Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man and all Scottish Highlands and Islands. We don’t deliver outside the UK - yet!

Furniture and large item deliveries

Our furniture and large items are delivered from a different warehouse so will be delivered separately to other items you order:

Our furniture courier will contact you directly within 5 days of your order being placed to book in a suitable delivery date.
Delivery will be by either a lorry or small van, with a 2 man team.
As standard your furniture will be delivered to the ground floor or, if it is on a pallet, to the curb side.
For delivery to a room of your choice there is an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange.

Deliveries to these locations will take longer - typically up to an additional 5 days.

Types of photo frame

Snap frame. All four sides of the frame open. It is front loading allowing the user to change what’s inside the frame whilst the holder remaining on the wall.
Clip frame. Your picture, certificate, etc. is sandwiched between a sheet of hardboard and a sheet of glass or clear plastic. Four tiny metal clips hold it all in place so it appears frameless.
