How do I place an order?
If you've registered with us before, placing an order is easy. If you haven't, ordering is still easy - you just have to spend a few minutes providing us with details that we need to get your goods to you. You can register before shopping with us for the first time or your can have a shop and register when you check out. If you're not sure how to register, click here.
Shopping online with us is like shopping in a supermarket - only it's a bit more anonymous and modern. You have a browse, put items in your basket, and go to the checkout and pay.
Once you're happy with what you've selected, click the 'Checkout' button just below the contents of your basket. If you haven't already, you'll be asked to sign in. If you haven't shopped with us before, click the yellow 'New Customer' button. Bear with us - registering only takes a few minutes.
The next page will display the selections you have made. Here you can review your order, change quantities or return to the shop if you've forgotten something. But if you're happy, click 'Continue >>'
Your order is totted up - including delivery and VAT - for your approval and then it's the delivery and payment page where you confirm the delivery address and enter your card details. For information on how to edit your address or use an alternative delivery address, have a look at the Alternative or multiple addresses section.
You'll get another chance to check your order. Once you've finished, we'll email you confirmation of your order which you can print off for your records. If you've placed your order before 5pm and your items are for next working day delivery, our warehouse workers will soon be picking, packing and otherwise preparing your goods for dispatch.
