Items that are in-stock and ordered before 5:30pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day.

We don’t deliver at the weekend. So, if you order after 5:30pm Friday or anytime over the weekend you will receive your goods on Tuesday.

Furniture, large items and deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer. Delivery timescales are shown clearly on the products and in the checkout.

You can track your order when it is out for delivery or has been safely delivered using My Account.

Envelope seals

There are three main envelope seals:

  • Gummed. Adhesive flap is moistened and stuck to back of envelope.
  • Twin gummed / press seal. Two adhesive flaps are pressed together. Sometimes press seal envelopes are reusable and can be opened and closed repeatedly.
  • Peel and seal. Protective paper covers an adhesive strip on the flap. This is peeled away to stick the flap on the back of the envelope.
