Spring water also comes from underground sources, but it doesn't have the same mineral content as mineral water. Glass

• Glass is a highly recyclable material and can be endlessly recycled without losing its quality. The recycling rate for glass is generally higher than that of plastic bottles.

• Producing plastic bottles requires less energy and resources compared to glass bottles. The extraction and processing of raw materials for glass production can be more energy intensive.
