Currently, 82% of orders are being delivered within 1 working day to most UK addresses. Some deliveries, especially bulky orders and those to harder to reach areas might take an extra day.
Due to a significant increase in online shopping due to COVID-19, the UK courier network is working at full capacity. Couriers are taking steps to increase capacity but some services are currently affected. We’re pleased to say that our network is currently completing 82% of deliveries on time. When can I expect delivery?
Orders placed Monday - Friday
Will be delivered the next working daywhere possible. Sometimes the delivery may take an extra day to arrive.
If you place an order Monday - Friday before 5.30pm you'll receive your goods the next working day.
If you order in the evening the delivery will take an additional day. To help you, delivery timescales are shown next to products as you shop.
Will be delivered on Tuesday.
If you place an order after 5.30pm Friday or anytime over the weekend you'll receive your goods the following Tuesday.

Will you have stock?
Yes. Our stock levels are running at around 92% and more stock is arriving in our warehouse every day. Stock levels are visible on every product page.
We're speaking with suppliers daily to make sure we keep products in stock. Plus, we've increased warehouse capacity and shifts to help keep as much in stock as we can.
For PPE & workwear ranges we're prioritising the NHS so you may experience low/no stock in this range.
We're experiencing high demand on certain products eg Really Useful storage boxes which schools are using to keep pupils belongings separate and HP ink & toner due to higher than normal home use so you may experience low/no stock on these products.
Can you deliver to me at home?
Yes. We deliver to all UK addresses so can deliver to you at home. Our standard delivery terms apply. If your team is now working remotely you can add multiple delivery addresses to your account. Call us if you need help on 0345 567 4000.
What are couriers doing to keep us safe?
Contact-free doorstep deliveries. Our courier, Truline, is complying with the Government and World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines to make sure your deliveries are made safely.
They're now operating a no contact drop off system. Drivers place packages on the ground outside your door and step back to wait for you to collect them. No signature is required.
How are you helping keep us safe?
We're strictly following government guidelines and are making sure we are social distancing in the warehouse. The team are wearing gloves to pack your orders and there are increased cleaning & hygiene measures in all areas of our business – especially in the warehouse where your goods are packed.
Will you be answering calls?
Yes. We're available from 9am to 5.30pm every weekday. The team is now working remotely.
