Our delivery service covers the entire UK. This includes Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man and all Scottish Highlands and Islands. We don’t deliver outside the UK - yet!

* With large items like furniture, notice boards and safes sometimes we have to charge more for delivery but only when delivering in hard to reach areas - this is due to increased courier costs.



When can I expect delivery?

Most items that are in-stock and ordered before 5:00pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day.

We don’t deliver at the weekend. So, if you order after 5:00pm Friday or anytime over the weekend you will receive your goods on Tuesday.

Furniture, large items and deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer. Delivery timescales are shown clearly on the products and in the checkout.

You can track your order when it is out for delivery or has been safely delivered using My Account.



What happens next?
  1. You’ll receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and estimated delivery date.
  2. When your order is on its way, you’ll be sent an order update email.
  3. Delivery day!

Unfortunately, we can’t specify exact delivery times. But don’t worry, if no one is available the courier will leave contact details so that you can arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.

  • Desk fan. A fan that is small in size and portable so it can be easily moved around and placed on top of a desk without taking up too much space.
  • Pedestal fan. an electric, oscillating fan supported by an adjustable, detachable stand.
  • Tower fan. A tall and narrow fan which oscillate from left to right to maximize the cooling and circulating effects which they are designed for.
  • Speed. Literally, the speed at which the fan rotates. Fans with more than one speed give you more maximum temperature control.
  • Timer. A timer allows you to preset how long the fan is on for, thus preserving energy use.
