We do our very best to ensure that orders are processed, picked and packed accurately. However, once in a blue moon, something goes wrong with a delivery - items are missing, the wrong product arrives or an item is damaged.
If you receive the wrong item or if your order is damaged in any way, we will arrange collection and send out replacements. We also offer the option of a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with one of our products. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know within three days of the delivery. Give us a call on 020 7462 7800. For a straightforward refund for an unwanted product, the item needs to be in a resalable condition in its original packaging.
