How do I return wrong items?
It doesn't happen very often, but if a delivery turns up with the wrong items or your goods are damaged in some way, please accept our apologies. Call 0345 567 4000 or email email@example.com and we'll arrange a collection within three working days. We'll also order a replacement (free of charge) for delivery the next working day.
We only ask that if the product is damaged, wrong or missing, you contact us within 3 working days.
When some products, particularly business machines, are defective through no fault of our own, you may need to get in touch with the manufacturer. See Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.
Exceptions: Due to health and safety reasons, we are not able to accept returns for food or drink items. Items which are shown as 'Special Order' items are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
