It doesn't happen very often, but if a delivery turns up with the wrong items or your goods are damaged in some way, please accept our apologies. Get in touch (020 7462 7800 or sales@paperstone.co.uk) and we'll arrange a collection within three working days. We'll also order a replacement (free of charge) for delivery the next working day.
We only ask that if the product is damaged or missing, you contact us within three working days.
When some products, particularly business machines, are defective through no fault of our own, you may need to get in touch with the manufacturer. See Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.
