Next Day Delivery is free on orders over £49.99 (exc. VAT) to most UK mainland addresses. The Delivery cost for orders under £49.99 is only £4.95.
For next day delivery, items must be in stock and the order must be placed by 5pm. The stock and delivery times are indicated next to every product.
Heavier and bulkier items - e.g. furniture, whiteboards, safes etc - may take longer.
For deliveries to hard to reach addresses eg the Scottish Highlands and British Islands, they will take slightly longer and cost more money (See How much does delivery cost?)
You will receive an automated email from us confirming your order. This email also indicates that your order is now being processed. If any items cannot be dispatched on the day you order, you will receive a back order email the following day telling you when those items will arrive.
All orders are dispatched by courier and need to be signed for on delivery. Unfortunately we cannot specify exact delivery times so if you’re going to be away on the estimated delivery date, try to get someone to sign on your behalf.
