What time will I receive my goods?
Because we want to be certain that it's you who gets your order and not some roguish stationery thief, we do insist all deliveries are signed for. And because we can't be more specific than between 9am and 5.30pm on the day of the delivery, this means that someone needs to be at your address to sign for your items on the expected delivery date.
If no one's available to sign for the delivery, don't worry - the courier will leave a contact number for you to arrange a suitable date for re-delivering your order. We will then reattempt delivery on the day you requested after which there is a chance that your goods will be returned to us and your order cancelled (this hardly ever happens).
If your order is urgent, you can take advantage of our premium service where we try to delivery our order before 12 noon (again this isn't guaranteed but every effort is taken). This costs £7.95 for orders over £50 (Ex VAT) and £12.95 for orders under £50 (Ex VAT). It is available for products that say 'Next Working Day' on the website. This is not available on furniture orders, Highlands and Islands deliveries or other large items.> Return to Help Main Menu
