Preparing to return
We’ve been busy preparing Paperstone HQ to make sure our return is as safe as possible. In this post, we’ll be talking you through the steps we’ve taken.

It’s time for some of us to say goodbye to the corners of our bedrooms and dining tables to return to the office. We’re starting to emerge from our home office spaces after 16 weeks of remote working.
Some of the Paperstone team will remain remote for the foreseeable future but for others, the comfort of our office environment is calling. Here’s what we’ve done to prepare:
Zones
We used floor tape to mark out ‘exclusion zones’ around desks to help the team keep a safe distance. We’re lucky with space in our office; if you have smaller space between desks you might like to use screens to divide them.

We only allow up to two people in the kitchen and smaller spaces at any one time. We’ve used footprints to show where to stand in the kitchen.

Hands & Faces
We provide sanitiser for each member of the team so they can keep hand hygiene high throughout the day. We provide antibacterial soap in the kitchen and bathroom for hand-washing before and after use. We also have a supply of disposable masks so if anyone pops into town they can use one for the shops.

Information
We’ve put up signs around the office to remind each other of the importance of hand-washing and keeping our distance, as much as we’d all love to give each other a hug after so long!
