Perfecta guillotine ‘increases efficiency’

By Paperstone on April 14, 2008 in Guillotines

A Perival-based printing company has improved the speed and efficiency of its guillotine process with a Perfecta 76UC precision model professional guillotine.

Hurricane Press invested in the model after its old guillotine broke and a manager saw the Perfecta 76UC at an industry open day, according to the Print Week website.

Managing director of the company Eddie Roberts told the website: "It was easy to use with the touch-screen and we got to grips with it very quickly."

Mr Roberts added that he believes the new item of office equipment has improved the service the company offers as it can now complete a greater quantity of jobs in a shorter amount of time.

The Perfecta 76UC is a high-speed guillotine which can store up to 6,000 cut positions and is computer operated.

DTS Engineering manufactures the Perfecta 76UC precision guillotine, as well as a range of used and reconditioned guillotines and other office equipment including automated safety systems.

At Paperstone we can supply your firm with a wide selection of office machines.
