The hunt is on for a radioactive mouse after radioactive mouse droppings were found on the Hanford Nuclear Reservation, Washington state. Workers at the plant recently tracked down a radioactive rabbit.

It is believed both the rabbit and the mouse may have eaten radioactive cesium exposed by demolition work on some old buildings. Sixty traps have been laid down but so far only two uncontaminated mice have been caught.

The radioactive mouse, however, is not thought to pose a risk to the public.
