The Best Pointless Apps

Our small survey of apps with little or no practical utility concludes with a couple of winners. The first actually looks quite fun while the second takes banality to a new level and deserves recognition.

Harmonica

Slide your lips along a “genuinely sampled 10-hole diatronic harmonica”. It also includes all twelve keys so it’s actually more useful than a single-key harmonica!

 

 

 

Hold On!

This one’s a keeper. Ironically, this is listed in the “Productivity” section of the App Store. “Compete to see how long you can hold the button!” The “player” puts their finger on a “button” and the duration of the hold is timed down to a millisecond. That’s it.
