Oki office equipment named tops for laser printers

Oki office machines have been named the favourite colour laser printers by an American magazine.

The office equipment manufacturer was ranked number one for colour laser office machines in PC Magazine’s 2007 Reader’s Satisfaction Survey.

Additionally, the office equipment firm received the highest overall score across all the printing categories, receiving 8.2 out of ten.

In addition to the colour laser category, it also received the highest ranking for home use and business use.

Commenting on the results, Oki said: "Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of Oki Data Americas and shapes the way we work with customers to understand their needs and develop products and solutions to optimise their productivity, profitability and performance."

It added that the survey demonstrates how Oki Data Americas "continues to put customer satisfaction as a priority" and "is listening to its customers and creating reliable, cost-effective and efficient solutions".

In the article relating to the survey, PC Magazine stated that "the land of color laser printers, once reigned over by HP, has a new ruler: Oki Data."
