Laminator impresses Australian manager ‘immediately’

By Paperstone on July 18, 2007 in Laminators

A managing director was so taken with the new laminator offered by Autobond that he immediately snapped up the office machine.

Richard Dunn was visiting the Printex show in Sydney when he purchased his first Autobond laminator and according to graphicrepro.co.za, he explained that it “sold itself to [him] on the spot”.

So far, while the laminator has been in use at Mr Dunn’s firm Graphic Laminations, staff have praised the performance of the office machine for its ease of use.

Mr Dunn explained: “The Autobond laminator arrived here directly from the exhibition and so has only been in use a couple of weeks, but I am very pleased with its performance.

“The installation and training from local agent Graph-Pak went extremely well and we’ve already successfully laminated a wide range of work, spanning a variety of run lengths, sheet sizes and stock.”

Numerous new models have been added to Autobond’s laminator portfolio since the introduction to the market of the Mini series of laminators in 2004.

Both matt and gloss finishes can be added by the laminator
and it also offers a touch screen control panel as well as Siemens electronic features and an adjustable anti-curl bar.

“Within the first few weeks of operation of the Autobond laminator, I am 100 per cent convinced that it was the correct choice to make,” commented Mr Dunn. We don’t sell Autobond laminators at Paperstone, but we do offer 5 Star, GBC and Fellowes. To see the range click here.
