Canon ‘best for brand loyalty’

Canon, manufacturer of printer cartridges and other office supplies, has been recognised by Brand Key’s Customer Loyalty Engagement Index.

Winning in the "office copier" category, the printer supplies company was identified for its ability to meet customers’ standards.

As part of the survey, consumers were asked to describe their ideal office equipment, as well as other products, by personification.

These ideal standards were then measured against individual companies’ office supplies and winners were tallied.

"Canon is honoured to be recognised for our dedication to serving our growing customer base with office copier solutions that meet their needs and deliver customer satisfaction – for the seventh year in a row," said Tod Pike, senior vice president of Canon USA’s imaging systems group.

"The award is not only a testament to our commitment to providing the highest-quality imaging devices, but also our ability to form partnerships that provide customer satisfaction."

Based in the US, the Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Engagement Index attempts to show which products and services people will be buying in the coming 18 to 24 months.
