Nobody’s Mug
Heralded as the ‘Clever Compartmentalised Mug’, Ibrahim Guvendikler’s Teacup brings an end to all of your most grating Teabag disposal issues. You make yourself a cup of tea and, being a conscientious worker, you want to take it back to your desk. It does of course need enough time to brew so the teabag comes with. But, now we have a problem. How to dispose of the bag before it stews? You don’t want to have to get up again. That would be simply inefficient. So you need a compartmentalised mug, which, in a manner entirely beyond me, deals with the situation allowing you to remain at your desk with a perfectly brewed cuppa. It should also put an end to the frantically busy/impossibly lazy colleague leaving his/her teabag on the draining board of the canteen.
It is brilliant, but I think I may have a rival product that could equally revolutionise the office teabag conundrum. I will call it the ‘clever waste disposal unit’, or ‘bin’, which may be placed not only in the Canteen itself, but also under the individual desk. I have even thought of producing them in a variety of sizes in order to facilitate this. I’m not sure, but I think it might catch on.
