Poll: Heels Get Higher As Economy Slumps
Women office workers are more likely to wear high heels in an economic downturn than when the economy is more buoyant, according to the findings of a recent poll.
The Taiwanese survey conducted by human resources company 360D and a shoe company found that while women workers in general favoured lower-heels or heelless shoes, more women would buy high heels in a downturn in a bid to make themselves appear morre confident.
