National Stationery Show 2009 Names Innovative Products

New York’s National Stationery Show held in late May named seven exhibitors as Product Award winners. These included Canada’s Kookie Stationery for lifestyle/speciality gift, ThemeNaps of Atlanta for Party stationery product and Jacki Paper of Belmont, CA for the Think Green category.

Kookie Stationery comprises jumbo iced cookies that come with a food safe pen with which to write messages on the biscuits. ThemeNaps are a collection of novelty napkins folded into shapes to celebrate special occasions. Jacki Paper are 3D cards made from 100 percent recycled Paper and 50 percent recycled consumer waste. They are printed using 100 percent wind power credits and packed in a biodegradable cello sleeve.

Products were chosen for innovative design/concept, industry need, aethetic appeal and creative use of materials and packaging.
