One of the world’s largest manufacturers of office products and office equipment has demonstrated how retailers can save over 40 per cent on their printing costs at a major trade show.

Lexmark displayed its range of retail products at the 2008 Food Marketing Institute Show in Las Vegas over the last few days.

It claims that using its range of office products, retailers both small and large can make savings of at least 41 per cent on their usual total printing costs.

Marty Canning, Lexmark vice president, said: "We’ve been successful in the retail industry because we’ve designed customised solutions to help retailers lower their printing overhead, make processes more efficient and more effectively communicate with their customers."

Last month, Lexmark gave small businesses tips on how to best use office machines and office products to promote their company.

According to the company, by using colour office machines, documents and other promotional material can have a "strong impact" on the reader, compared to black and white documents.

With colour printer cartridges now much cheaper than they used to be, colour printing is much more accessible to companies on small budgets.

At Paperstone we can supply your firm with a wide selection of office machines.
