Lexmark office products secure industry recognition

One of the world’s largest office machines manufacturers has scooped a number of prestigious prizes awarded by a major industry publication.

Four of Lexmark’s office products – which all come under the category of multi-function product (MFP) – were recognised by better Buys for Business for their high-quality standards.

Meanwhile three further Lexmark office products – including the X850e and the X852e – were also designated as the Editor’s Choice in the MFP category of office machines by the publication.

Marty Canning, Lexmark vice president and president of its printing solutions division, said: "Lexmark’s MFP technology helps customers go beyond simply consolidating their devices, allowing them to reduce costs and improve their workflow.

"We are proud to have our award-winning line of workgroup MFPs selected for Editor’s Choice awards."

Last month, Lexmark launched a large environmental campaign targeting homes, offices and businesses in the UK.

Lexmark’s Earth Month – which ran all the way through April – aims to improve the recycling of printer cartridges, attempts to persuade offices to print documents less and use more eco-friendly office supplies.
