HP launches 25 new ranges of office products

One of the world’s largest manufacturers of office machines and office supplies has launched a new range of products designed for the small business market.

HP‘s new office products total 25 different systems, including its lowest-ever priced desktop colour laser printer, the HP LaserJet CP1215 Printer Series.

Herbert Koeck, vice president of HP Asia Pacific, said: "As market leader, HP is continuing to drive innovation across its core printing business in addition to providing greater value beyond the device.

"This ultimately allows our business customers to improve their marketing effectiveness, increase productivity and better manage their business, all while allowing them to level the playing field against larger sized businesses."

Earlier this month, HP launched a programme in the US state of California to highlight consumer recycling of printer cartridges and inkjet cartridges.

HP signed a deal with the state government to provide recycling facilities at all state buildings so that HPprinter cartridges – as well as other brands – can be recycled.

Together, the partnership aims to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by as much as 500 tonnes per year.
