Personal colour printers added to Konica Minolta bizhubs

As part of the Konica Minolta bizhubs range, the C30P and C10P provide both high functionality and a personal touch, the office equipment manufacturer claims.

The larger of the two office machines, the C30P, offers options such as duplex printing, a large paper supply and a print speed of 30 colour and 35 black-and-white pages per minute.

Meanwhile, the C10P, which is more compact, produces five colour and 20 black-and-white pages per minute, as well as having full network capabilities.

It was named Pick of the Year in 2006 by Buyers' Lab, which praised the colour printers as "outstanding" for small workgroups.

Both office machines can be used as additional network printers or as personal workstation printers, according to Konica Minolta.

Commenting on the launch of the office machines, John Howard, head of marketing for Konica Minolta UK, said: "Experience has shown that even our large customers do not always need a full-blown multifunctional product for their office purposes.

"For many print jobs a small network or desktop printer is sufficient as long as it offers the same quality and ease of use as multifunctional devices."

In September, Konica Minolta added the PRO C5500 to its range of bizhub printers.
