Can I specify a delivery date for my order?
We know you lead a busy life and can't always be in to receive orders. For deliveries to business premises this isn't a problem as there's usually someone around who can sign on your behalf. But for home deliveries you may not be able to get someone to cover for you while you are away.
We can't specify to our couriers when to attempt a first delivery. However, if the courier arrives at your address and you are not in, the courier will leave a contact number for you to arrange a suitable date for re-delivering your order.> Return to Help Main Menu
