Online and distance selling - Our obligations to customers
As of 13 June 2014 the new Consumer Contracts Regulations came into force. These cover goods sold over a distance (including online) and stipulate obligations on the part of the seller regarding essentials such as the provision of information, cancellation policy and returns.
As a distance seller ourselves, we must comply with these rules and we regularly review UK law and our own policies, terms and conditions to ensure Paperstone is in complete compliance with these regualtions.
