But a OnePoll survey commissioned by fruit and veg delivery company <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fruitdrop.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fruitdrop<\/a> has found that only ten percent of UK office workers eat three piece of fruit or veg while they&rsquo;re at work.<\/p>\n<p>Fruit and veg are sources of vitamins which help ward off colds and &lsquo;flu. Sick days cost the UK economy some &pound;17 billion a year.<\/p>\n<p>Said Ben Thompson, Managing Director at Fruitdrop, &ldquo;I was shocked by the results; it&#8217;s worrying to think that so many people are eating very little fruit at work.
