January brings with it a fresh page. It’s a great time to clear out, organise and re-set before 2023 gets in full swing. So, today we’re sharing our top tips and product recommendations to make this happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shred it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you have any confidential documents that you don’t need to keep, now’s a good time to shred them. Shredders <\/a>come in a variety of security levels P-1 is for documents you don’t need to keep confidential eg junk mail up to P-6 for ultra-secure, top secret documents. To be GDPR compliant a shredder needs to be P-3 rated or higher. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recycle it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sort any waste to make it easy to recycle what you can. We stock a range of recycling bins<\/a> to help you with this. We love these Addis bins which are colour coded and easy to use. <\/p>\n<\/div>

File it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

File any documents you need to keep in a filing cabinet<\/a>. If you need to order more suspension files<\/a> don’t be a fool(scap) – check which size suspension files you need first. They come in A4 or Foolscap size which are slightly bigger. A4 suspension files sit on runners that are approximately 34.5cm apart while foolscap suspension files sit on runners that are approximately 40cm apart so best to measure up before you order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Store it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Anything you need to keep but don’t need access to regularly (maybe the office Christmas decorations?) can be stored in archive storage boxes. We love the Really Useful range – perfect for the New Year clear up.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Clean it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once you’ve finished your clear up it’s a good time to clean so you start 2023 fresh. We love a multi-purpose cleaning spray here at Paperstone HQ. Ideal for a quick wipe around surfaces.
