A few of the team have been working at Paperstone HQ over the last month. Some have been in daily and some are popping in for meetings or odd days. It’s our new hybrid and flexible approach to work and is probably here to stay.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve gathered a few tips from this time we thought might be useful to other businesses planning a return to the office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Give people space<\/strong>. Not everyone may feel the same about COVID as you.<\/li>
  2. What are you wearing?<\/strong> Pyjamas aren\u2019t the best attire now you\u2019re back in public!<\/li>
  3. Face masks to hand.<\/strong> If you\u2019re popping out to grab a sandwich have a stash of face masks <\/a>by the door.<\/li>
  4. Keep sanitiser topped up<\/strong>. To encourage regular use sanitiser or hand soap must be readily available by all touchpoints.<\/li>
  5. Appoint an anti-bac<\/a> agent.<\/strong> We\u2019ve given Matt <\/a>the responsibility of wiping surfaces and handles regularly throughout the day.<\/li>
  6. Pop some music on.<\/strong> Liven the atmosphere with your favourite tunes \u2013 being socially distant at work sometimes feels lonely.<\/li>
  7. Keep hand moisturiser on your desk.<\/strong> All the hand washing is starting to take its toll.<\/li>
  8. In a tight spot? <\/strong>We\u2019ve used floor tape <\/a>to make it clear where to walk\/stand with a 1m+ exclusion zone around desks.<\/li>
  9. Take your time.<\/strong> If you don\u2019t need to, don\u2019t rush back in or back to meetings or anywhere if you don\u2019t have to.<\/li>
  10. Enjoy catching up.<\/strong> After so long not being face to face take time to check in with your workmates.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
