All good businesses need the right setting and a leading UK online office<\/a> broker has revealed the secrets to a successful tenancy.<\/p>\n

It’s not just a case of being able to find a place that will fit all your office desks<\/a> and supplies<\/a>, or even just taking the first available space according to tenancy specialist Jim Venables. <\/p>\n

Officebroker.com was founded by Mr Venables and Andy Haywood five years ago and is now the UK’s largest online provider of office space.<\/p>\n

And Mr Venables has revealed that once a location is found it is important for businesses to nurture relationships with tenants and reap the benefits of being in a particular location.<\/p>\n

He also suggested that firms looking for the right office tenancy should take care because it can "make or break a business".<\/p>\n

He said: "Being a good tenant is like being a good neighbour \u2013 not only will it bring social benefits to the company and its employees, but it can also reap considerable business benefits such as being the first to hear about new business leads or great deals with local suppliers."<\/p>\n

Mr Venables also said new tenants should maintain a good relationship with the centre managers as it could lead to securing new office space if the company needed to expand.<\/p>\n
