Office machines<\/a> support services firm Printelligent has recorded excellent sales and growth during 2007, it has announced.<\/p>\n

The company received the Hewlett Packard<\/a> (HP<\/a>) Silver Slugger award for exceeding 50 per cent year-on-year sales growth on HP<\/a>‘s multifunction printer (MFP) range of office machines<\/a><\/p>\n

Printelligent is an HP<\/a> Gold Business Partner and aims to provide an "innovative approach" to office machine support.<\/p>\n

This includes a cost per page solution encompassing all supplies and services, including HP<\/a> print cartridges.<\/p>\n

President and chief executive Mark Crosby said: "Our clients’ purchasing trends are validation to us that HP<\/a>‘s multifunction printers<\/a> are a viable alternative to traditional copiers in today’s business environment."<\/p>\n

He went on to suggest companies could make significant savings on costs associated with printer cartridges<\/a> and office machines<\/a> through Printelligent’s focus of one brand – HP<\/a>.<\/p>\n

"We know businesses typically under-manage printing costs," he added.<\/p>\n

Printelligent has appeared on the Utah 100 for five years in a row and anticipates expanding its services into specific markets across the US.<\/p>\n

HP<\/a> states that use of MFPs increases productivity, improve workflow and are easy to use.<\/p>\n

It currently has several MFPs in its range of office machines<\/a> that can print, copy, scan and fax.<\/p>\n
