This has affected <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paperstone.co.uk\/office-machines-supplies\/c-2420\" target=\"_blank\">office machine<\/a> suppliers in particular since a majority of brands are Japanese including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paperstone.co.uk\/Ink-Cartridges-And-Toners\/Ricoh\" target=\"_blank\">Ricoh<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paperstone.co.uk\/Ink-Cartridges-And-Toners\/Sharp\" target=\"_blank\">Sharp<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paperstone.co.uk\/Ink-Cartridges-And-Toners\/Konica-Minolta\" target=\"_blank\">Konica Minolta<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paperstone.co.uk\/Ink-Cartridges-And-Toners\/Kyocera\" target=\"_blank\">Kyocera Mita<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paperstone.co.uk\/Ink-Cartridges-And-Toners\/Panasonic\" target=\"_blank\">Panasonic<\/a>, Toshiba and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paperstone.co.uk\/Ink-Cartridges-And-Toners\/Canon\" target=\"_blank\">Canon<\/a>. Up until a month ago the Euro to Yen exchange rate weakened over a past 6 month period, increasing purchasing prices by 30 percent. This was compounded by a weakening Pound Sterling. This has also affected the cost price of parts and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paperstone.co.uk\/Ink-Cartridges-And-Toners\" target=\"_blank\">toners<\/a> supplied by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paperstone.co.uk\/office-machines-supplies\/printers-fax-machines\/c-2466\" target=\"_blank\">photocopier, multifunction and printer<\/a> manufacturers.<\/p>\n<p>One unfortunate consequence of unfavourable terms against the Yen is that businesses might be tempted to use non-genuine toners to keep costs down, which can produce poor quality printing and jeopardise the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty.<\/p>\n<p>In recent weeks, however, that Euro has been strengthening against the Yen and the pound is reported to be bottoming out against the Euro.
