Reviewer praises "surprisingly good" office machines range

A new range of office machines from a leading manufacturer prints "surprisingly good photos", according to an industry expert.

In reviewing the new Konica Minolta Magicolour 2590MF, PC Advisor stated that while this range of office machines works "reasonably well", the price of such office products means that better equipment can be bought for the same cost.

The office products can print, scan and copy documents much the same as many multifunction office machines can at the moment. It can hold up to 250 sheets of paper at any one time and has a monochrome LCD screen to help users when working the machine.

PC Advisor's Melissa Riofrio stated: "The core printer body is compact, but other features increase the overall size of the Konica Minolta Magicolour 2590MF.

"Thick feet extend from the rear base of the machine to balance the top scanner unit, which is set back to allow easier access to the 100-sheet output tray."

Last month, Konica Minolta launched the Bizhub 40P laser printer. According to the company, its rapid print speed of 43 pages per minute means it can meet continuous demand for large quantities of monochrome documents.
