New office machines 'aimed at large companies'

A major office machines manufacturer has unveiled two new office products designed to help out mid to large-sized companies.

The new Aficio MP 4000 and MP 5000 from Ricoh can print up to 50 pages per minute and are more environmentally-friendly than many other office products made by the manufacturer.

According to Ricoh, the office products can help businesses manage their costs more effectively, with the office machines able to print, copy, scan and fax important documents.

Ron Potesky, vice president of Ricoh, said: "Being in tune with customers' current document management needs and creating products that are designed to address these needs and improve bottom-line results is core to Ricoh's vision.

"The Aficio MP 4000 and MP 5000 meet the demand for black and white products that offer colour scanning and surpass it by incorporating fast print speeds and advanced network and security features."

Last week, Ricoh unveiled its new SP C410DN-KP and SP 4100N-KP mobile printers, which are designed for busy office workers to print important documents while between their places of work.
