Lexmark thinks global with new office machines

A new range of office products has been launched by Lexmark in a bid to expand its presence worldwide.
Initially, the Lexmark Z1320 office equipment will be launched in India and China from the second half of March. However, the office products are likely to hit UK and US stores later in the year.
The Z1320 comes with black and colour cartridge and has an option for additional higher capacity inkjet cartridges as well. It can print at speeds of up to 22 pages per minute and can link in with a number of computer operating systems, including Windows 2000 and XP, as well as all Apple Mac systems.
"With a six-colour printing option, the Lexmark Z1320 compact inkjet printer presents the perfect solution for printing real-life photos and high resolution images on a wide variety of consumables," said Raj Rathi, managing director of Lexmark India.
Last month, Lexmark scooped a prestigious industry award for a range of innovative office products.
It was awarded the Better Buys for Business Innovative Product of the Year prize for 2007 for its C935 series of colour laser printing office machines.
