Kodak launches speedy office machines
21/06/2008 20:41
One of the largest photographic companies in the world has launched a new range of office machines as it looks to diversify its product ranges.
Kodak's new VX5000 office equipment links into a range of other office products through networks and has wireless capabilities and the company claims it is 50 per cent faster at printing photos than its other office machines.
Aimed at professionals in the photography sector, the office equipment allows users to print high-quality products at a fast pace.
Ronen Cohen, vice president at Kodak, said: "In a transactional environment, speed and costs are key considerations to remain competitive.
"The speed afforded by the VX5000 Plus gives fast turnaround times for variable data jobs while spreading fixed costs over more documents."
Earlier this year, Kodak received a supplier of the year award from Wal-Mart for its innovations in the photo centre and electronics sector, after working with the retailer in its 3,500 stores in the US and its Asda stores in the UK. The range of Kodak office products is available at all of Wal-Mart's stores after a long-lasting link-up between the two companies. At Paperstone we can supply your firm with a wide selection of office machines.
