International office equipment company Canon has launched its latest line of imagePrograf range poster printers - the LP17 and LP24 office machines.
Features of both models include a large LCD screen for clear instructions, PosterArtist and an economy printing mode, according to PrintWeek.
Canon's Shane Burchett is quoted by PrintWeek as claiming that both office machines "fulfill the highest requirements for precision, accuracy and speed with superb reproduction details and graphics".
Designed for corporate and retail use, the LP17 can produce full, five-colour A2 documents in 20 seconds with a print resolution of 1200dpi.
Its big brother, the LP24, is also a five-colour, 200dpi piece of office equipment, and can produce A1 prints in 33 seconds.
Sepialine recently announced that it would be responsible for producing print accounting software compatible with the Canon imagePrograf printer series.
The software ill provide detailed print records of the office machines performance, including a total ink use measurement.
