Canadian firm to boost green office supplies on offer

A Canadian business solutions provider has announced that it will increase the amount of green office supplies available to customers.
Grand & Toy said that it will be providing paper certified by Boise Cascade Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) to its range of office products.
Included in the new certified grades are packages of Boise ASPEN 50 multi-use paper and 100 multi-use paper, as well as a variety of papers for office machines such as printers.
Darren Plumbe, general manager of imaging for Grand & Toy, said that the office supplies firm is "committed" to helping firms reach their corporate sustainability goals by making the range of paper available.
"Products that carry the FSC certification are internationally recognised for their high social and environmental standards and these new grades help our customers make socially-responsible decisions," he explained.
The company said that its new office products are part of its commitment to sustainability, which was launched last autumn.
Office supplies offered by Grand & Toy include phones, writing instruments, filing supplies, fax machines, laminators, guillotines and paper shredders.
