Ergonomic office furniture key to business success

Office furniture A training solutions provider has revealed that it has invested heavily in its office environment in an effort to improve worker productivity.

Training Synergy claims that the purchase of ergonomically designed office furniture and the creation of a new break room is part of its commitment to invest in its staff.

According to Training Synergy director David Field, the new office environment highlights the firm's commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and ensuring employees are at their happiest.

He said: "We've invested heavily in office facilities and the latest ergonomically designed office furniture.

"And we've installed a 'break out' area, complete with sofas, television, pool table and table tennis table."

Mr Field added that the improvement to the firm's office environment is part of a long-term plan to help it recruit and retain the best staff and to create a positive workplace.

Training Synergy has even gone so far as to claim that its CSR initiatives are the reason why it has been ranked 15th in a list of the top 50 IT training companies.
