Different office machines 'suit different firms'
23/11/2007 14:46
Companies should take their time and choose carefully when ordering new office equipment as certain office machines may be more suited to certain firms.
According to Lexmark, office equipment such as printers can carry out a range of different functions and businesses should match these functions to their specific business needs when buying.
Doing this will help firms to improve the overall productivity of their office and in turn lead to a reduction in outgoings.
Marty Canning, vice president of Lexmark, said: "Printers are definitely not one-size-fits-all. Different devices are designed to meet different needs and the challenge is to choose the one that is best for your unique office environment."
Lexmark says businesses should ask themselves questions such as how many pages they print each month, whether they generally print in black-and-white or colour and whether they require extra features on their office machines such as scan and fax functions.
The answers to these questions should determine which office equipment is most suitable and which will best fit with the company's budgetary requirements.
Lexmark produces a wide range of office machines including inkjet printers, colour laser printers, multifunction laser printers, photo printers and dot matrix printers. It also offers a wide range of printer cartridges and printing supplies.
At Paperstone we can supply your firm with a wide selection of office equipment.
