Toshiba tipped for the top by resellers

Toshiba has received special praise for its range of toners and printer cartridges from digital image printing and review website BERTL.
Formerly known as the Business Equipment Research and Test Laboratories, BERTL quizzed resellers on their preferred choice of office products and Toshiba overwhelmingly came out on top in the colour reliability category.
However, Toshiba was also highly rated in a number of other categories, scooping a platinum award for its dealer training and a number of gold awards for other products and services within its range of office supplies.
Jamie Mackenzie, product manager at Toshiba, told ChannelInfo magazine: "It's a fantastic achievement to be recognised worldwide by our resellers for our colour reliability.
"We are also delighted that our customers value the service we provide onsite for service, support, installation and training."
Ricoh, another manufacturer of office equipment, also received praise for its products, with the Aficio(R) MP9000, Aficio MP1100 and Aficio MP1350 photocopiers all receiving a five-star rating from BERTL.
