Returning a product that is damaged or faulty?
For the vast majority of our products we will simply collect the faulty item and send out a replacement the following day (free of charge of course).
For certain items such as business machines you may need to contact the manufacturer directly.

To make things easier, make a note of the serial number when calling us or the manufacturer. This can be found on the bar code label on the box or on the machine.
Once the fault has been logged and approved, we will collect the faulty machine within 3 working days and order a replacement for you.
