My delivery arrived damaged / faulty

For the vast majority of our products we will collect the faulty item and send out a new one free of charge. Simply call 0345 567 4000 with your account number and product information. Sometimes, however, the manufacturers ask you to deal directly with them - this is often the case with larger items such as business machines.
